Prof Lakhbir Singh born on 14.06.1962 is the President, PAHAL (Social action organization).He was also Nominated 'Monitor' of 'Council for Advancement of Peoples Action and Rural Technology'. Govt. of India up to 2004. .He was also awarded with AMBASSDOR FOR PEACE AWARD BY IIFWP India on 19-06-05 India International center Delhi.
